Pricing & Payment
Are all prices shown on the website?
+
Yes — all prices are visible on our
shop page and individual product pages. No account or login is needed to browse or add items to your cart — you'll only need to quickly sign in or create a free account when you're ready to finalise your order.
Are prices shown excluding GST?
+
Prices shown on product pages are excluding GST. GST (10%) is added at checkout on goods only — not on shipping. You'll see a full breakdown in your cart before placing your order.
How is Ecoleaf cheaper than BioPak and Ward Packaging?
+
We import directly from manufacturers — there's no national distributor, no WA regional agent, no layers of margin. BioPak, Ward Packaging and EnviroChoice all add distributor margins at multiple steps. We pass those savings directly to Perth businesses.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
We accept bank transfer and credit card. When you place an order online, our team will contact you within 1 business day to arrange payment and confirm your order before dispatch.
Can I get a quote for a large or bulk order?
+
Yes — for large volume orders, pallets or ongoing wholesale arrangements,
contact us or call our team on
0485 697 846 for a custom quote.

Products & Materials
What is sugarcane bagasse packaging?
+
Sugarcane bagasse is the natural fibre left over after juice is extracted from sugarcane. It's pressed into plates, bowls and trays that are fully compostable, oil-resistant, microwave-safe and WA plastic ban compliant.

Are the compostable plates and bowls microwave safe?
+
Yes — our sugarcane bagasse plates and bowls are microwave safe. They can also handle hot food without softening or leaking, unlike some plastic alternatives.
How long do sugarcane plates take to compost?
+
Our sugarcane bagasse plates and bowls typically biodegrade within 90–180 days in industrial or home composting conditions. They leave no toxic residue — just organic matter that improves soil quality.
Are the wooden spoons and forks sturdy enough for hot food?
+
Yes — our 160mm birchwood spoons and forks handle hot soups, stir fries, curries and other hot meals without splitting or bending. They're used by Perth cafes and caterers for a full range of foods.
Are your reusable containers food safe?
+
Yes. All our rectangular and round reusable containers are made from food-safe plastic approved for food contact. They are transparent, have secure-fitting lids, and are suitable for both cold and room-temperature foods.

Business Accounts & Wholesale
Do I need an account to order?
